Quinta do Côro is a family business started in 1966.

Quinta do Côro is located near the beautiful village of Sardoal, and it is a family owned property for four generations.

Nowadays it has a very complete range of products such as high quality wines, gourmet fine sweets, extra virgin olive oils and vinegars.

Using its own vineyards and orchards, Quinta do Côro is dedicated to the development of superior products, always produced in a homemade manner, and without the addition of any food colouring and/or preserves.

 At the moment, the products can be found at the most prestigious locations in both Portuguese and international markets and have already been recognized with several awards, in the different segments.

 Combining innovation with tradition, the quality of the products remains our best business card.

Our history

WINE TOURISM

Located in the beautiful and flowery village of Sardoal, in the centre of Portugal, Quinta do Côro has a wine tourism project which combines the ability to relax in the countryside, with the experience and production of Wine.

Currently, three houses are part of this project, one of them is located in the heart of the property and the two others in the village’s historic centre.

Reservations are always subject to availability, and can be combined with wine tasting as well as visits to vineyards and winery.

Other activities worth mentioning are horseback riding (horse riding, or classes for more advanced levels) and also nautical activities at the Castelo de Bode Dam (can be organized upon reservation).
